How would I do the Master Cleanse if I have had Gastric Bypass surgery?For example How much maple syrup should I use?Should I continue to take a multi-vitamin?Is there any way to avoid muscle loss?Will I gain the muscle back?

I would follow the program as is for anyone else. Except in your case, you will need to chew your vitamins, etc..as I recall my sister can't swallow her vitamins because the body can't break it down so it must be chewed...I would assume the same in your case or anyone who has had gastric bypass. She lost her weight drinking mostly protein drinks and then slowly adding in solids when her body was ready.
