I'm on my first cleanse and only on day 2. I feel SO hungry, tired, and I have to admit- right now a bit delusional.
I'm a work from home and also stay at home mom of a toddler so I need a LOT of energy to get me through the day. I know I can do this but the food is so tempting. Especially when I need to stay on top of feeding my daughter. My husband is not 100% on-board with me doing this but he is try to be supportive.
Any suggestions for me?

I can understand as I am a mom of 6 kids. Those first 3 days are the most challenging. If you can plan ahead to try to spend as little time as possible in the kitchen those first few days til the intense cravings diminish it really helps. I am returning home in 2 days from being out of town and want to begin a cleanse. I will try to start on the 5th. Journaling is also helpful if you can try to spend a few min. every day. I wish you the best and will be joining you soon.

Hi I'm on day 2 and this is my second attempt. I guess I'm lucky because I don't have to cook for anyone but I can use all support possible. With my first attempt I gave in the night of Day 2 so I'm thinking if I make it past tonight that will be a big WIN.

GOOD LUCK on just try to focus on the reason you're doing the cleanse.

Do not be afraid to take in extra syrup via extra lemonade through the first 3 rough days, just for the calories. As your cravings pass in the future, so will your "need" for calories to make it through the day. We all try to justify the need for calories when the cravings come, but it will pass.
