This IS the year for change and I'm not giving up! I'm only half way through the year, there is till a lot of weight left to lose, but I'm not ready to give up!
I did not reach my goal for May of 145.
I will not reach my goal for June of 140.
I'M NOT GIVING UP! IT'S 135 BY AUGUST AND THAT'S HOW IT'S GOING TO BE!!!!!
I got down to 147 in May and I was super excited. This past holiday(3-day) weekend I got invited to eat, several times and I absolutely splurged. I knew it was my last before beginning my MC yesterday.
Times have been stressful and I haven't gotten as much exercise as I should have. I've also eaten way more than I ever planned. I've been working on not feeling guilty for anything that was not part of the plan. I don't want to feel bad for wavering from my goals. Part of why I decided to make this a year plan is because I didn't want it to be something that would happen quickly, that way any mishaps wouldn't completely ruin me.
Something like losing 15 in a 15 day MC only to gain it back the first 3 days off. I've read too many stories of people gaining the weight back before they even got a chance to enjoy it being off.
I needed this to be slow, that way if I had a bad meal, or two, or three
it wouldn't ruin me and then make me just give up and go back to my old ways.
I finally got my internet back and plan to keep up with this site at least for the next 10 days while I do my second MC of this year. I actually had my first day yesterday and I will jump over to the other side while on the MC. I will come back to this side(MC Success Stories) after my MC.
