Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Hi Everyone,

I’ve tried the master cleanse years ago, and was only successful for 3 days. I will attempt to complete 7 days of the master cleanse. I currently weigh in at 134 pounds. My goal is to lose 8 pounds on this 7 day master cleanse.

My first day, Sunday (yesterday), I did not do the Salt Water Flush (SWF). I did do the SWF this morning (Monday).

Yesterday (Sunday), I drank 4 glasses of the concentrated juice. I started late on Sunday.

I’ve decided to make the concentrated juice and bring it to work with me. My goal is to drink at least 10 glasses of the concentrated juice.

Sunday, Feb 19, 2012 - DAY 1 - No side effects.

Monday, Feb 20, 2012 – DAY 2

Any thoughts on what I should be doing would be greatly appreciated!
