Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Hi star, well since the last post I had to come off of the cleanse. Mind was too weak and totally cave in to all the temptation. Now, I'm back and i'm ready for another cleanse. This time I'm shooting for 21 days.

And to answer your question about the cleanses, well since the 50 dayer years back, I've done 2 40 days cleanses, several 21 days, and my longest was a 52 day cleanse followed up by an 18 day juicing with soups. Felt great every time. Failed a lot of starts, but felt great after completing longer fasts. Forced my daddy who had prostate cancer to get on the master cleanse now totally healed of cancer. And now I'm back and I'm going for 21 days this time and maybe even more. Good luck to you sweets.

Star, you just need to get your mind on something else and keep busy. That's what did it for me. When i get super weak, I go to get a massage or swim in the ocean or I work out. And then sometimes it's just telling myself that I'm going to be stubborn with it and stay on it. Sometimes, I trick myself. I would think well tomorrow if I still feel weak then i'll come off of the cleanse. But usually the next day I wake up feeling better. So I just stay on it. Hope it gets better.
