Joe...welcome back! And I'm so glad you enjoyed California . I think you have the perfect mind set to succeed at maintaining your healthiest self. I definitely plan to follow suit. I expect I will also gain several pounds while on my vacay which is why I want to go lower than my goal weight. I have read elsewhere that 6-8 pounds of initial gain back is normal.

I like your eating and working out plan. Keep it simple. And I like the idea of a cheat day from time to time. That way you never feel like you are completely deprived.

You have your head on straight and I'm so honored to be able to continue to read about your post MC journey (the part that is "real life"...)

Pigged out yesterday. Been working out but sooo hungry. I'm still doing ok but I wanna eat everything in site.

Gained 5 lbs since end of cleanse. But I think much of it is muscle. I still look good in my skinny pants. But don't know how much longer its gonna last.
