Seriously,
Here is my story. For about 6 years, I had triglyceride and cholesterol problems. (Well, it has been 6 years since I had health insurance so I'm sure it was for most of my life). I was never really a heavy person. Yeah, my weight would go up and down but I was not huge. My weight usually stayed around 175. I'm 5'10". But when I ballooned in weight, it would get up around 190 to 200. When I lowered my weight, it would get down to 165.
So when I first went to get a blood test, my doctor told me my triglycerides were at 505 and my cholesterol was at 250, I was worried. Tris over 150 is bad, like cholest over 200 is bad. Over the years, I went up and down, sometimes I got to 888 in tris, 350 in cholest. It got bad. Finally when I was at 1150 tris and 350 in cholest, my doc put me on cholest. meds. Zocur. I was 36 and on cholest meds. Sucked.
After the meds, my levels went down, 311/210. But since my last test, I gained about 30 lbs. Got to 201. And I knew my levels would spike. So I delayed it. Did a 31 day cleanse. Still took my meds.
Well, I had a blood test and physical 7 days after the cleanse. Got my results last week. It is amazing.
Cholesterol went down from 210 to 125.
Triglycerides went down from 311 to 60.
Its crazy. For anyone that questions the cleanse, I show them this. The cleanse worked for me.
Oh, I also lost 33 lbs. But that's nothing compared to living a longer, healthier life.
