Helloo I am back ... it has been a while almost 1.5 years-- a lot has happened and I lost my way- a major surgery... serious Family issues, loss of work-you name it.... what ever I acheived I lost in the external stuggles in life...down but not defeated... those are your best odds, all you can do is improve.... what I am hoping to do is really get through it this time ....
I originally wanted to do 60 days...i dont think i need that much .. at all now... but wondering what is the upper limit of what i could do .... I have been successful to the point of 6 weeks before....I think that is more realistic .. I know that this progam did wonders for me . before
but i did not have a plan of exit..... i never developed a crisis mode of operation.....when things thru me for a loop.....now having come out on the other side.. i do have a crisis mode of operation... and a plan for how to exit the Master cleanser and enter a new way of eating ...
eating to live ... and not living to eat... i have already built in my speed bumps and hazardous turns responses...ooo yea.... I dont if anyone else has this problem.... but the day to day thinngs that kick you.. and not necessarily everyday..because we all have good ones and bad ones....but those that kind of blind side you...you need to be response ready for that ... so hear it is
Day one and I am off....
