i found out about this diet from a friend of mine a little while ago but i finally got all the stuff i needed to start the diet today... i read and finished "The Master Cleanser" book today and starting in the morning... surprisingly my husband decided to join me on the diet!! (he never even try any food that he never had or anything usually... so im very very surprised the hes actually doing it..) but i hope this works because after having our 1st daughter in october i feel and i am bigger than ever!! im trying for 20days and my husband is going for 10days... we'll see how this work for us... and we'll keep you updated
