Well its over (10 days) - feel good! I did it frst try - proud!

Have not taken measurements yet will try and find a tape later.
OJ in a minute - that's going to be pretty amazing. Just had a lemon juice and warm water - no maple syrup

I have a juicer but that does not let pulp through which I guess is the idea in ease out. Will not worry this morning and maybe manually squeeze later.

Weigh ins:

Last normal weigh in :11.2 4
4 days later including 2 days ease in (and 2 days larging it) :10st 13.4
After 0J day (MC start proper):10 st 11.6 (-4.

Day 10 : 10 St 4.4
Day 11 :10 St 4. (-7.6)

Total loss 12.4 lbs

I am sooooo hungry. Worse than a mc day. I think the oranges have less than 55 cals, they're only little. It's reaaly reaaly hard not to eat something substantial also really want a peri peri chicken salad from the chicken place.
Has anyone had chicken on day 1 of the break?

I need to get more oranges later and have been researching and seems veg juice is fine so going to juice some carrots and pineapple too later. I'm breaking out in a hunger sweat and keep going dizzy, and getting a heachache.

Craving white wine too. In a perfect world I'd have a chicken shish in pitta extra salad and chilli sauce and half a bottle of sauvignon blanc.
Must resist. But I WANT IT!

Had an MC at 5 as the hunger do bad. Had 7 oranges so far - does not help that I paid extra for the 'finest' range orange and they are horrid. Looking forward to getting the cheap ones from Lidl later. Will get whatever organic stuff. Ill put the 'finest' orange in with other stuff.

A bit miserable as just want to eat proper food. Friday's and Sat night particularly hard for me too.

Post cleanse day 2 weight 10st 3 .4. (-0.6) 143.4

Felt better after I made and ate a soup. I ate all the vegs too. Speeded up the revovery process but all went well. Had 2 bowls.

Soup: A bit of loads...
Savoy Cabbage
Celery
Carrot
Swede
Cayenne
3/4 tin Lentils
tomatoes
potato
onion
garlic
veg stock cube. NB I recommend people get low salt ones - mine was way too salty.

So in total yesterday ate - 2 bowls of the above, 7 oranges and an MC.

Total weight loss 13lb.

This morning made a juice in the juicer.
1 carrot
1 apple
1 orange
1 lemon
1 celery
1/4 pineapple

Had after a warm lemon water with cayenne.
Lunch will be 1 more likely 2 bowls of the above.

Had 3 bowls of the soup for lunch to finish it off - not all at once though. Added more toms to take away a bit of the saltiness.
Dinner;
Celery
mushrooms
green red yellow pepper
cauliflower
spring onion
mange tout
beetroot
tomatoes

All tossed in salad dressing made from 2 tsp E V olive oil, 1 tsp balsamic, squeeze lemon juice, 1/2 tsp french mustard, s and p.

Shop bought Humous - about 60g

Ate it over a couple of hours in the end and didn't eat all the veg. Stuffed. But craving sweet stuff. Perhaps my body is now addicted to maple syrup. Might have a teaspoon. Feel headachy, sore throat and achy.

You're doing really well! Thanks for posting. Hearing about what happens after the cleanse is as important as the MC itself. I started yesterday!
