Ok, I'm back...But I'm not going to be on Mastercleanse...I have had success with the mastercleanse several times in the past losing 40-50 pounds but for some reason, this time I am just sick of it after 2 sessions. It usually take me 5 10-day sessions to reach my goal. As you can see I lose weight easily on it but I'm not enjoying it this time around and I am taking too much days in my time-off period. So I'm doing something different. I started on Saturday and I'm on Day 3 - So far I'm seeing similar results but I don't want to get excited just yet. I will continue with this diary because I want to see to it that this diary is completed with my goal attained. I don't want to feel like a loser.
I also think because I like this diet and it's very manageable, I will just take one day break every Sunday (cheat day) starting this coming Sunday. Keeping fingers crossed.
