Hi...I am finally excited....I got on the scale and I am 121 down from 132...that 11lbs. It really hasn't been that hard, except for the fact my daughter is going to disown me for not eating.
I cheated yeaterday afternoon and drank a double Yuerba Mate. It had so much caffeine that I cleaned out my Tupperware closet and vacuumed the whole house and then some! I have decided to stay on the MC until I run out of supplies, but I sure am scared to eat and gain the weight back. does anyone think that making my veggie soup from frozen mixed veggies would be wrong?
Everyday of this diet was a challenge at some point in the day, but mixing it up a little with limes and oranges really helped. It was like having a treat. I stopped the SWF on day 10. Just couldn't do it while everyone was home on the weekend. Anyone elese out there where I am? thanks Laurie
