Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

My last cleanse didn't go as well as I thought (viewtopic.php?f=2&t=15617) - I stepped away from it and should not have. Anyway, I'm back. And this time, I am willing to go through the blood, sweat, tears and excruciating hunger to complete a full cleanse. I will be starting tomorrow but just wanted to get my board ready. One thing I have realized is that the reason I can't maintain my weight after the cleanse is because I continue to go on a diet. After the cleanse, no diet. Just eat healthy and workout and I'm pretty sure the weight will be maintained. Anyway, will be back tomorrow. I MUST DO THIS. I HAVE TO. SICK OF BEING OVERWEIGHT AND TRYING DIETS THAT DON'T WORK.

Starting Weight - 195.6
Goal Weight - 165-169
Weight loss goal - 26-30 pounds.

DAY 1

WEIGHT - 195.6



Sidenote: So I'm starting today. I woke up early to have my last feast. I do that and it helps me get through Day 1 and helps for a better transition. I recommend it. Anyway, Game face ON!

DAY 3

WEIGHT - 188.0

Loss - -3.4


Don't feel bad at all. I usually feel not good in the first two days but this time around, it's been going really smoothly - not much hunger or agitation. Even had a bit of high energy yesterday. Anyway moving on, so I don't jinx myself.

DAY 4

WEIGHT - 185.8

Loss - -2.2


I can't believe how easy and quickly it took for me to be in the detox zone. No cravings, no hunger, nothing. Its 2 pm and I've only had half a cup of the drink today and I had to remind myself. Some cleanses are harder than others but this is one of my easy going cleanses. Then again, I'm concerned I'm peaking too early. I have lost 9.8 pounds in 3 days which I think is the most I have lost in 3 days. I have 7 more days (I do 10 days at a time) and was planning on a 15 pounds loss. So I only have 5.2 pounds to go. If I lose more than that, it will be sweet. To think this time last week, I thought I could never do a cleanse again and will never reach my goal weight.

Sidenote: If you are bored of the lemon drink, when you prepare it, add some slices of organic lime, it gives it a different and a sort of cocktail taste which I like. I think it also adds some more concentration to the drink which is a good thing.

Wow, I just looked at my last diary and I actually lost 18.4 in the first 10 days. I didn't even realize I lost and could lose that much.

DAY 6

WEIGHT - 182.6

Loss - -1.4


Feeling lethargic as the days goes on. I'm in between jobs so I've been at home so not much movement. If I were working, I think walking to work and moving around would have been a very difficult task this morning.

DAY 8

WEIGHT - 180.8

Loss - -1.0



Day 8, 9, and 10 are going to be dog days. I can tell anything I eat after this session is over is going to taste like Heaven on Earth.

DAY 9

WEIGHT - 179.4

Loss - -1.4

Merry Cranky Christmas. I will be celebrating mine on Sunday after this is over. Can't wait.

Merry Christmas to me!!!! I'm so done with this session. The last two days were brutal. My mouth had this horrible palate I can't describe. The lemon drinks were hard to take in so I hardly had any. Anyway, I'll be back for another 10 day session next week. I think I will need 2.5 sessions to be fully detoxed and get to my goal weight. Also hoping that feeling of euphoria comes in the next session.

Correction - I will be back later this week depending on how fast I know I'm fully nourished.

I just started today - day one. I've done the cleanse many times, but don't even remember starting on New Years Day. - Several times over Christmas though.
Are you going to begin again for the new year?
I ate out of control and gained over 5 lbs over the holidays. I'm starting at 203. Goal weight by spring is 160lbs.

2ND DRILL: DAY 1

I'm back! Happy New Year everyone! I ate and ate during my time off. I gained more than I expected but not worried. I tend to gain a lot of it back during the 1st intermission. The weight loss begin to stabilize after the 2nd, 3rd sessions. So not worried. Anyway, my goal this time around in 174-175. Coming back is always hard so today wasn't easy.
