Day 12 - 2nd day off cleanse

Weighed 136.8 lbs this morning

Today I had a grapefruit for breakfast, water, and the probiotic. Soup at lunch and homemade baba ganoush (all healthy veggies) and a piece of toast for dinner. My stomach is handling everything very well. Drinking water alleviates any hint of a digestion cramp. I even had some toppings of a meat and cheese pizza. I couldn't bring myself to eat the crust.

I am feeling so much more energized, lighter, and healthier now than when I first started this cleanse. Tomorrow I shall eat easy but increase the amount. I feel like I shall be back to eating regularly and normally in two days.

I can not thank you enough, Healthyme, for taking the time to share your experience, pros and cons. It has helped me to have a better idea as to what to expect on this Journey. I am going to start Monday morning 4/25/16. I am excited about it and am determined to have a good experience.
