Hello!
I plan to cleanse for 55 days, and I am totally not telling anyone. If anyone pries, I will just say that I am on a personal weight loss journey. I will do a follow up cleanse to keep trying to reach my goal weight, but not sure how or when until I finish this one.
Start: 288.8 lbs. at 5'3"
Goal Weight this cleanse: 233.8 lbs (with minimum of 55 lbs lost) to 178.8 lbs (with maximum of 110 lbs lost)These are just goals, but I plan to stay on this for 55 days to see what the actual results are.
History with the MC:I have read the book, and I have done this cleanse only 3 times for about 10 days each, losing 20 -25 lbs each time.
I gained it back each time.
My Plan is to lose more weight during one MC to motivate myself to keep going this time! Love to hear from people doing this 40 days or more! Day one was already very hard for me!!!
