Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Well I successfully lost 15 lbs on the Master Cleanse. Went from 227 to 212 in 7 days. I gained back 6 lbs. I am currently now at 216. I am switching it up a bit. I have rejoined my 6 week boot camp challenge where I go Monday-Fridays and some Saturdays to weight train, do cardio, strength and core training. I have to whip this body in shape. Here's to my 6 week challenge.

Hello,

I am a little sore after an intense workout on yesterday. I will be posting my weight progress every week (Mondays) so I can keep a record of how I am doing. If it is going down I will remain in that flow. If not I will switch things up. So far so good though! I am extremely excited to see the outcome at the end of this 6 week challenge. Ok Happy Loosing!
