Hello I have decided to combine the probodies fitness w/ the master cleanse just to see if I can get better results. I must admit I started eating like I shouldn't and the weight begin to pick back up. I started probodies on the 6th of June and it is a 6 week fitness program. So let's see how it goes.
Start of Master Cleanse: 6/11 SW: 224 CW: 217.2 GW: 200
6/10: 224 6/11: 219.6 - walked 7.5 miles 6/12: 217.2 - walked 3 miles
