Hello I have decided to combine the probodies fitness w/ the master cleanse just to see if I can get better results. I must admit I started eating like I shouldn't and the weight begin to pick back up. I started probodies on the 6th of June and it is a 6 week fitness program. So let's see how it goes. Today is a good day. Going to see Martin Lawrence in concert. Who-hoo. Well I am still going strong! Now what I have to do is pick up more cardio. Sweating is the name of the game!
