Hello Everyone, Long time....last posted in 2011...its been a yoyo journey since then...lost...gained...had twins...lost...gained again...after five babies...previous weight is back...my last born is four months...and i feel ready to start this 20 day cleanse....Will ease in tomorrow till thursday and start the cleanse on the 5th August 2016. Looking forward to the moral support from fellow cleansers. Good luck on your journey. |

 Wow you have a busy home...good luck on YOUR CLEANSE. I'll be looking in on you from time to time as I attempt this...again.2 quotes I have to remind myself of is "A month from now, you'll be be glad you started today", and "If you're tired of starting over, STOP GIVING UP!". Happy cleansing! |
