Only doing 5 days a week (Mon - Fri) until I feel cleansed. Started Last Week - wasn’t discliplined; cheated on Wed, Thus and Fri but still lost weight. But trying not to cheat so I came here cause I’m always focused when I keep a journal on here.
WEEK 1 (Last Week) Mon - 209.0 Tues - 205.6 Wed - 204.4 Thurs - 203.0 Fri - 201.4
WEIGHT LOSS - 7.6 pounds
