Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Yesterday i tried to 'prep' myself by eating super light during the day and skipped dinner.
First thing this morning I drank the Salt Wash.. Eeek! After my first sip I was terrified, because I REALLY want to succeed in this. I do not plan on drinking it again!
I could only drink half of the 32oz. requirement. I then went to the store to get the other stuff (tea,maple syrup,lemons,cayenne) I spent less than $13 for it all. I bought the last of the grade B MAPLE SYRUP and the store clerk told me that there has been an increase in MANY people coming in to buy the same stuff and do the cleanse. (I'm in Hawaii).
The lemonade isn't that bad, but with the taste of the maple syrup it is odd tasting and strong, and I put only 1 tsp instead of 2tsp.
Anyway I hope I can do it for atleast 14 days.
My goal is to just all around better myself spiritually and physically. I would also like to lose 30 lbs.

hey good luck. i'm starting this tomorrow, so today's the last day for me. i was aiming for 40 days but to start off, i'll make my goal to 10 days. i hope for the best~
