today i am going to remember to breathe. i sometimes stop breathing when i find myself in a difficult situation. there is great power in breath. breathing is also very cleansing.
funny thing happened. i thought i had gained weight so i tried on some of my new clothes. the all still fit. unconvinced, i snuck on the scale...only to to discover that i had in fact NOT put on any weight. i think i'm just getting used to this body, you know?
i want to maintain this weight for about another week (which will make it 21 days cleansing and 21 days post cleansing) and then i will work on losing the last 10 or so lbs that i would like to ultimately lose. i may join weight watchers again and do their "no counting" plan that centers around eating whole foods. it is pretty much what i am doing already. i'd just have to really hold myself accountable for only eating until i was satisfied -- rather than full. it would also help to begin a workout routine again.
