Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

I have all of the ingredients for the fast but I am very apprehensive that I will not be able to see the fast through!

So I have a few questions for my fellow mates that have successfully done the fast or is currently doing the fast.

All comments are welcome!

Are you having any cramping or withdrawals from food?

Do you live alone or are you married? I ask because I am married with children and I have to prepare all meals. And I'm not sure if I will be successful with the diet if I still have to handle, prepare and smell the cooking of food. Any suggestions?

Seriously, to succeed at anything you need an appropriate support base. Get your family behind you.

If your children are old enough, ask them if they can help you. If you are married and your spouse really loves you, then 10 days of a little extra support is not too much to ask. Tell your spouse you'll make it up to them.

If you lived alone, you might be able to do this on your own, but since you do not, everyone in the house is going to have to work together to help you accomplish this goal.

I am not married and I also live alone so this is easy for me to say, but based on what you have said, you already know you are going to fail if you attempt to do this without their support.

So try to get them on your side. :)
