Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Hi everyone, I live in London, UK and read about mastercleanse whilst surfing the net on another detox package. I had done 3 days on the other package and already gone through the headaches and the weakness. Came off and started the mastercleanse. Was able to buy a 1 litre tin of madal bal (mixture of palm & maple syrup) at a health shop. Found the lemonade mix ok but find that i am always cold - anyone else have this??. I do the swf every morning and drink the senna tea at night.I also drink peppermint tea & lots of water during the day. Have found it easygoing (but i am one of those who finds it easier not too eat anything). I am aiming fot at least 14days although i must admit i am beginning to get bored. So far i have lost 10lbs but would like to lose double that - any ideas on how i can speed things up????

Exercise will help you lose more pounds, do you exercise? It will help distract you from being "bored" without eating.

Why are you drinking the peppermint tea is this suggested for the MC, and what does it do. Oh yeah what will happenned if you don't do the swf.

I'm in day 5 and I'm cold all the time too. Are you adding the cayenne pepper? The cayenne is supposed to help raise your body temperature. Although I've discovered that its just a temporary fix and I get really cold again shortly after.
