Well, I'm into my fourth day on the Master Cleanse. So far it's been going great.
I only took the tea on the nights of Day 1 and 2. I had to work and wasn't sure how the salt water flush would effect my system. (Didn't want to be stuck in the bathroom at work).
Now I'm doing the tea at night, the salt water flush in the morning, and B&P shakes during the day. I read that you should do 4 shakes throughout the day, but I'm going to start out with 2 for now.
The salt water flush is a bit nasty, but if you just grin and chug it, it's doable. As for the B&P shakes, make sure you drink it as soon as you mix it. I waited a little to long before I drank the first one I made and it was like drinking oatmeal.
I haven't been hungry at all, but I catch myself reaching for food when I'm in the kitchen purely out of habit. Suprisingly, I haven't had any bad headaches. I thought for sure I would get some from no caffeine (especially since I drank so much coffee before). Other than that, I have been sleeping more/better. I am a bit tired and did take naps after work on Day 1 and 2, but none on Day 3. Also, my neck/shoulders and lower back have been really achey since Day 3.
All in all, if the experience continues to go as smoothly as the 1st 4 days, I think I'll be able to hit my goal of 20-30 days on the cleanse.
