Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Today is DAY 31... I've lost 20 lb and feel really good. Gone from size 14 to size 10. I don't like the SWF, tho. Last time I drank it, it didn't all come through, and my face and hands were really swollen. I am just using the tea at night and in the morning, and it seems to be working. If I don't drink enough juiceand enough plain water, I stop losing weight. Also if I drink too many cups of the Smooth Move tea. Other herbal teas don't seem to matter, but I tend to slack off on the amount of juice if I don't watch. My goal is 125 lb, and I'm at 158. I will start the orange juice on Feb 2. I have to shop for a dress for my son's wedding on the 27th...I'll be happy for now if I get down to 140. After the wedding I'll go back on.

I cannot believe you have made it 31 days!! Congrats. I am on day 1 and it all ready seems like too long lol.

I have alot of motivation. I'm trying to save my marriage, and it seems a good way to do that is work on feeling better about myself. You know... the best thing about this cleanse isn't the weight coming off, or even the sense of euphoria that appears around Day 5 for me, but the amazing feeling of regaining control. It makes me feel powerful!

Well, I am back, lol. And guess what? Losing weight does not save a marriage! One year after this Post, I was on my own. Today I am happily re-married!
However, you cannot divorce bad habits, it seems, and I am back to struggling with them, and my weight.
I am on Day 8, and am going for a long Cleanse. My main motivation, this time, is an ulcer, back and joint pain, and no energy. I weighed 219 lbs on Nov 28, Day 1, and have so far dropped 6 lbs. I am using the SWF every morning, but find that since I began doing that, 3 days ago, my weight has actually went up a couple lbs. Water retention is my constant nemesis.
The great news, is that on Day 3, my crippling back pain, and my ulcer-related pain were both gone!
So I shall 'endeavour to persevere'.

Wow, you had amazing results the first time around. Keep on keeping on! How many days are you going for? I'm finishing up day 2 myself.

I've had trouble logging into the forum, so just saw your question. I am on Day 27, and have now lost 18 lbs, leaving me at 201lb this morning. I still feel very good. I found the Post by the lady who discribed the Stages of Detoxification in detail, very encouraging. I know now the terms to recognize and describe what Stage I am in, and what to expect. I am definitely in Autolysis. I am still eliminating each day, but am only using the Smooth Move tea both evening and morning. There was no problem with the SWF working, except with it came a significant amount of water retention, that would last for several days with one flush, but would increase exponentially if I SWF every morning. My body spoke, I listened. Am planning on continuing into the New Year, although I am getting some opposition from concerned friends. My husband is very definitely an ally and a support tho as he sees a huge difference in my frame of mind and general well-being.
How are you doing on your journey? And, if you finished, how did it go for you?
