Wheatgrass absolutely kills the appetite and does not restart digestion. WG is like medicene on MC, and it wakes you up and stimulates you and kills the hunger. You will not want lemonade when you have it in your tummy. It also helps you to keep your immune system strong while fasting.

i had to bump this post because it is so full of information and insights, not all of which are reposted in the sticky on the general questions page.

highly recommended reading, and i especially recommend it for those who are only in this with the intention of using it simply for rapid weight loss.
