I am starting my first day today...AGAIN! This is my 3rd try since 7/31/06. I am now shooting for 20 days. I am going to Vegas on 8/25 and want to look better in my shorts and skirts. I do good during the day (even though my job brings in free lunch like every other day). However, when I get home. I get comfortable or bored and eat, even after I exercise which I do everyday. It's not because I am hungry, it b/c my mind reads that I am empty and it is used to my stomach being full. I am having a mental battle when it come to this fast. I KNOW I can do this. What do you do or think to get over the urges to eat during this fast? Is 4 servings of MC too little? (I think so, I am going to go for 6 today). What are tips to get through thte first 3 days. I read on someone's diary that the first 3 days are the hardest and after that it is much easier.
