Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Day 1

I have made it through the day just fine so far. I have felt a little hungry, but it is still early and I know the evening will be EXTREMELY difficult. I will probably end up hitting the sack early just to get away from myself haha. I can tell this will be a huge mental challenge for me more than physical. My mind likes to question itself and ask things like "is this really worth it?" and when this has happened in the past I always end up with some piece of junk food in my hand and a question mark on my forehead. I just have to stay strong!

I just started myself, I was here a few months back trying to get the will power to start.... I did not happen, I just posted a message in the forum titled "You Cant Delete a Lock Message!" It helped me make up my mind to start this cleanse. One of the key things I said was "after reading inspiring stories of success they enabled me to simply go to my options and take the lock off my negative thoughts so I could begin to detoxify my temple".
Saying "you know the evening will be EXTREMELY difficult" will make the evening EXTREMELY difficult.
Keep in touch with me, we can do this!!! I just started today and the lemonade taste great I like to take my pepper in shots so I can chase it with the lemonade...yummy so far.
