Day 15

Today is my last day! I'm so happy I made it this far, this has definitely been an interesting journey. I've decided to do 15 days instead of the planned 17-21 because I'm getting married March 2, and I want to give my system plenty of time to get adjusted.

Post Cleanse

OMG! Who knew that pure, fresh squeezed orange juice tasted so good? I'm loving every sip! This cleanse has really shown me that I actually do have willpower and am able to take positive steps towards better health!

I've lost 20 lbs in 15 days.

I want to thank each and every one of you for posting on these forums. Your posts have been very insightful and motivational.

Next time you see me, I'll be back as a married woman!

Wow! It's been a while since I've been here I'm gearing up for my second cleanse, starting next weekend. I'm a teacher and on summer break, so now would be a great time for me. This time around I am not interested in weight loss, just the actual cleansing. For those curious, yes I gained the weight back plus the newlywed 20. I'm hoping this cleanse will give my system a much needed break and time to heal. I'll be eating small, light meals this week leading up to the cleanse to ease my way into it (I did not do this last time).

Congrats on the marriage. I'm also planning a cleanse soon as well, so I'm thinking well be on it around the same time. Just so your aware, I've personally had more support in the other forum on this site, while I'm on the MC. That's where most people post I think. Good luck to you! Ill check in when I can
