Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Well.. This is my 3rd time around doing the MC. I did it for the first time in July last year and lasted 11 days and lost 21 lbs. I felt great and very vibrant. I did another cleanse in November and lasted for 10 days and lost 11 lbs.
Now I am back for my 3rd cleanse, as I have gained some weight and my body is definitely needing a cleanse. I am on my Day 1, and boy! oh! Boy!.. i can remember know clearly that Day 1, Day 3 and Day 7 are the worst for me. I am planning a 14 day cleanse and hoping to loose 14 lbs and feel healthier and more energetic.
This forum has helped me through my cleanse to keep focused and motivated. I plan on being a vegetarian as soon as I get off the cleanse. I was a vegetarian for 18 years and have been eating meat since the last 7 years.

Good Luck Kenny! This is my first MC and it's going alright. Today is Day#2 and Im going for 11 days. How did you lose so much weight on your first MC? Were you actively working out?
