So it seems like everything is going well with you...
Even I was not regular with the SWFs at first, but now have been doing it frequently and with the right amount of sea salt. Before I was adding too much and that made things more inconvenient... With the tea I have been pretty regular, except yesterday when I ran out of it
However, I really understand why you do not like the two... Been there...
My weight has remained the same for a while now... Hopefully one of these days it will drop by a few pounds... About my energy levels, I am confused... sometimes I feel more energy and sometimes I just crash and feel like sleeping... More or less we are on the same page...
I have read a few posts about breaking the fast. I need to plan it better, will do that sometime next week. For now, I am thinking for every 4 days I fast, I will do one day of orange juice, after that I plan to go raw 6 days a week for the amount of days that I have fasted for... I plan to leave 1 free day a week where I can eat whatever I want, but I plan to take care..... at least until December 13....
Consider increasing your fast to 25 day.... I am sure you can do it.... The hardest part is over, why not reap all the benefits of a longer fast??
PS: It is actually funny that you watch the food channel.... I have strange cravings to smell things. Cant believe I am confessing this, but I walk across the cafeteria, just to smell everyones food... Asian food and Indian food and cookies are my favorite smells at the moment... dont really care about the burgers/frys and mexican fast food that I used to live on... Weird, right? Who in the world walks across a room full of people eating just to get the smell of food?
