I weighed myself this morning and I havent changed since yesterday
I suppose 2kg in 3 days is good. I didnt want to weigh myself but had to, I have a little obsession with it. So my goal is not to weigh myself till after the cleanse!
Today the SWF went down easy suprisingly, so was happy with that. Still slightly hungry but havent made the MC yet so need to sip on that. 8 days to go yaya! Cant wait till today is over I will a little happier about that.
Pretty - Wow 15 kilos is alot to lose, but I spose if it gets you back to your normal weight its worth it. I want to be down to 55kg - 121lbs again like I was at the start of the year, heres hoping, I did that in two weeks and was still eating but mainly mandarines and small dinners. So only 4 kg 8lbs to go, do you think I can do it? I hope so!
My mood is down today, as there is no sun just a black cloud hanging over the sky and rain is going to set in, I hate this weather its almost summer but the rest of the week is raining, raining, boring boring lol! I know two weeks into November its will be in the high 30's
Whats Honolulu like> You must love it there, from what I see from movies etc it looks unreal. Cost us an arm and leg to get there with two kids but would like to venture there later in life, our plan is to travel!
Well no headache today, I didnt get one yesterday either so that was good, ok off to make my mix up bbl to post some more
