Keep distracted on the cleanse.. try not to let food enter your thoughts.
Easier said than done, you think. We've heard all this before, we already know all this.
So how do you actually distract yourself properly? Throw yourself into a brand new project.
For example; I want to write a book. I have a lot of the ideas in my head, but I cannot seem to get started. I am planning to start my cleanse tomorrow. Today I'm going to go out and buy my lemons, and I'm also going to the library and taking out a whole lot of books. Geographical books, to help me decide the setting of my story, baby names books to help me create my characters and possibly their characteristics, 'How To Write' guides... and then a few novels just to enjoy.. right now I'm into the Twilight series, haha.
Anyway this is me completely throwing myself into a new project, getting so enthusiastic it will be all I want to think about. This is me trying to distract myself completely, for the duration of my cleanse.
