Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

I started the cleanse on Sunday night and was fine all day Monday, other than the tiredness/lethargy. Then on Tuesday morning the headache hit me--vomitting and horrible pain, chills, etc. I called a friend who is doing this with me and she worked on my reflexology spots for migrain headaches so that I could get out of bed. I then called my accupuncturist and she got me right in. What a help that was. If it wasn't for her I probably would have had to stop the cleanse due to the vomitting. Has this happened to anyone else? Did you have to stop the cleanse?

4th day, feeling incredibly well. Had 2 trips to the accupuncturist and 1 to the massage therapist. That has really helped with the headaches. I am not a morning person but this a.m. I woke and I was very clear headed. Normall, very foggy in the morning but as soon as I woke up I was awake and thinking. I don't know if I ever want to eat again -- I have NO brain fog during the day. The grass even appears greener. I am not stuffy anymore. This has been a REAL eyeopener.

I am glad you have managed to stick with the MC jebap5 despite the poor initial conditions.

Everyone has different initial conditions on the fast. I think of it as your body rejecting the new situation and demanding a return to normalcy. If you ask a naturopath, they'll tell you it is toxins being released and expelled by your system.

Whatever way you want to think of it, your system needs a few days to adjust and it seems like you have started that adjustment. :)
