Hi Shine, I wanted to swing by and tell you that you are doing a wonderful job. You can so do this. I had to come off of the cleanse yesterday because I fell and blacked out in front of my Weight training class.. No Bueno!! But it's alright because I feel great and I got someone to cover for me Monday and Tuesday for both classes. Tomorrow I will only have one class and it's only my first day back. And then I have the weekend to just rest and do some house cleaning.

I'm proud of you. Hang tough and stay stubborn with it. Remember fitting into that beautiful dress that you've been longing to get into. WOO HOO!!! GO GIRL!!! Let's get it.. Hugs to you my dear.

Hi Chrissy, hoping your day is going great as well. I'm on orange juice and salads for the rest of the day. Had an apple and a grapefruit for breakfast and had a green juice for snack. Now about to head out to eat lunch with my girls at an organic restaurant out here. I will check back with you guys later. Great job. Hang in there!!! Aloha.

I'm sorry to hear of what happened.. I didn't know we can do weight training while cleansing -you're such an inspiration... I hope you feel better soon, get some rest and stay pretty!

As for myself, I'm still cleansing, maybe until Monday.. I joined a weight watcher class for 10 weeks and we start next Tuesday..

I'll be watching your theads.. I wanna join you again next time!
