Ok so it's been a couple years since my last cleanse. Probably about time. Last time i lost 10 lb and gained that plus 20 more over the course of only a few months. I think stress and not breaking the fast correctly added to that. I will be very careful this time, I was quite thin up until then...and I've been really active and eaten quite healthfully for years before and after that.
It's day 3 for me. That is always a big mark for me, because if I can go three days, I can finish! I measured myself this morning, and I have lost at least 2" in my waist. That is great, not only for cosmetic reasons, I'm sure we have all read about waist-hip ratio and links to heart disease... I'm only 25, but there is a family history of heart disease.
