This is day 1 of my journey. I am HUNGRY!!!! I don't see how people are saying this lemonade is satisfying them.
I'm at work & all I can think about it what I'm gonna eat when I get home. I plan on sticking with it though. I keep telling myself, everything I wanna eat right now I know what it taste like already.
I'm currently 5'4'' 190lbs. I think this is a ridiculous weight for my height. I've lost about 50lbs in the past year & seem to be stuck at 190lbs. This fast will hopefully decrease this weight.
I work at a exam company & weigh myself constantly. I can't WAIT until these 10-12 days are over. I haven't made up my mind how many days I wanna go. PLEASE wish me luck. I'll be posting again tomorrow & let you know how it goes. If you care or not. Hopefully I don't cave.
