Has anyone here done David Rainsheks' program?
www.juiceFeasting.com

How did it go for you?

I'm planning one soon, just wondering if anyone here had some positive feedback on it.

Thanks

Hey all,
JUst wanted to update my journal here along with my global juice feast blog.

Day 4 of my juice feast (mostly greens). I guess nobody here has heard of it? Deducted from zero responses.

I'm still using lemons, w/out the maple though.

Bg: 175 (6a.m.)
Wt: 165 (total since I started vegan diet/ then raw, now feasting 10 lbs)

Till Manana,

C

Hi there, I have been doing research on juice feasting but I haven't started yet. I plan to start Aug 7th. It would be great to follow your journey if you plan to continue posting about it.

Good luck!

Hi Coverley54,

I actually have heard of it, and ran by your post, but i've never done it before, so i dont really have much to offer. But i do know someone who did do it, and loved it.. Said she had wonderful energy, and just enjoyed the experience.

I just wanted to say good luck to you! and thats so wonderful you're juice feasting. I would love to try it someday, but i dont even have a juicer, and cant afford one right now.

i am however doing vegan & almost all raw, like i noticed you were/are doing. I also have seen success in it, and i just love knowing im being giving my body great nutrients. :D

Well I hope the best for your Feast! Let me know how it goes!

Thanks for visiting Jewel and Success for visiting. NIce to know some out there who have heard of JF.

Lemons are part of my program still, drinking alternatively with juices. They are so good for alkanizing the body. Doing w/out maple syrup. Also taking SM teas/ and herbals.

FBG: 145 (going down)
WT: 162

Re: BG it's going down much faster than with the MC/w/maple syrup. It took about 3 weeks for it to come down when I did my 28 day MC Sept 07. Go Greens!

Energy is waning, detox blues are here.
Getting the bored feeling, time is slooooowing way down.

Started reorganizing/cleaning my kitchen, getting rid of stuff I dont use.

Contemplating/planning to build a compost corral and raised bed veggie garden. Also planting trees/ avocado/orange/grapefruit/lemon/lime.

Wow, those BG numbers are looking great.

Keep going and you'll have them down to normal in a few more days.

Here's a great journal from a guy who did a 92 day Juice Feast diet.

He also did a Raw Food diet.
