DAY 5
Its day 5, and I have to admit I’m tired! I took my walk at lunch, and I was feeling sluggish.
I don’t know if it’s because of the cleanse, or the lack of sleep I got last night? Let’s just say it’s the lack of sleep. Also I’m very grumpy today for some reason. I hope this goes away soon. I haven’t gotten any of the clarity benefits, which I’m desperately in need of for work. Since I started the cleanse I’ve been a lazy grump at work, but as soon as I get home I’m fine.
My skin is starting to clear up. I’m still a little oily in the face, but that’s probably from the toxins. I’m going to start exfoliating everyday instead of once a week to try to prevent that. My mouth is dry, and my tongue is a yellow. It’s not too bad. They say it goes away.

The good news I have today is, that I’m wearing a pair of jeans that I couldn’t button last week. I can tell I’ve lost about 5-6, but again I’m not weighing in until at least day 10.


DAY 4
Not much to report today. It’s around 2pm, and I’m feeling fine. I’m not feeling hungry at all, which may have to do with stress at work (I’m never hungry when I’m stressed). Last night I didn’t walk because we wanted to watch “Madea goes to jail”, which was not a good movie. I did walk today at lunch, and planning on walking again tonight. Tomorrow I will go workout at the gym, because my body is now used to the cleanse.

My sense of smell is very strong. I smell everyone’s food here at work, and it’s not too bad. I just have to remind myself that I’m on this cleanse for a reason, and food is not an option LOL.

My goal for the next 16 days is not put this cleanse on a pedestal. I’m just going to focus on the day and not look too far ahead. I think that’s what gets people, the fact there looking too far ahead, and thinking “Uhhh, I have 6 more days of not eating”.

Thanks for your reply, and would love a 20 day partner. That’s great to hear you lost 12lbs in only 9 days. I only lost 10lbs in my first 10day cleanse. It’s probably because I didn’t work out. Now I’m thinking I plan to go to the gym tonight. I will let you know tomorrow if I do.

I will try to post something everyday, but you know how things go sometime.






DAY 3
This is my second cleanse, and this time I’m going for 20days. Today is day 3 for me, and I’m a little tired. I have to get up at 5am in order to do my Salt water flush (which I hate), and make my lemonade to take to work. As far as hunger...I’m not hungry, but my stomach keeps growling. I guess it doesn’t realize that we are on a cleanse LOL.

As far as the difference between the last cleanse (which I only did 10days/ lost 10lbs) and this cleanse, I’m going in with a little more knowledge on what to expect. With my last cleanse I had such a hard time not knowing what to do for lunch and dinner time. They say you shouldn’t watch TV while cleansing, so I was bored out of my mind. This time, when it’s lunch time I will just take a walk, and when it’s dinner time I will walk again. Probably around day 5 I will go back to the gym. Last cleanse I was scared to workout, in fear I would pass out. Now I know that Grade B has everything I need to survive.

So as far as where I’m at in weight. I started at 169lb (I’m 6’0, so my goal is 145lbs), and I’m not weighing myself until day 20. I know this is not the main reason to do the cleanse, but it is for me. I am excited for the clear soft skin, and all the clarity you get around day 5-6.
