I did the MC 1x & it was great but I find I cant do it again with my hectic work schedule of 80 hours a week so I tried the 3 day diet.
And yay it definitely works! Out of all the diets I have tried, I find I have the most success with it. I tried the new one, which also includes menus for continuing to lose weight on the “days off”. I lost 9lbs in the 3 days on & another 6 in the days off. I got it here…
