Hello, :)
I can't find information about what we can not eat after the MC, :?
how about Soy Milk, Yogourt, Bread, and fish, chicken, red meat,
how I can replace the protein,
how about frozen vegetables and fruits, meats, and pasta :?
how about Toful, what type of ice-cream we can eat,
I like bread with butter, I like frozen fries cooked in the oven plus eggs, cheese, and sausages, rice,
cookies, icecream and yogourt,
I eat Spinach with Mozzarella Frozen Raviolis
I feel hopeless  what can I do, :(
thank you for your help.

I've read the book already but doesn't give more details about dairy products, since the calcium in milk is difficult to assimilate and may cause toxins in the form of arthritis

Soy milk is made by soaking soybeans, grinding them with water. The fluid which results after straining is called soy milk. You can make soy milk at home with basic kitchen tools or with a soy milk machine. Soy milk is most commonly found in aseptic cartons. Most of the soy milk available in the market is flavoured and fortified with extra calcium or vitamins. The most popular flavours are vanilla and chocolate. Some producers add thickeners to their soy milk to give it a mouth feel of cow's milk. Traditionally, soy milk has a beany taste which is well accepted by the Chinese, but less by the Western palate.

I recommend as a daily diet a program by a health practitioner called Bee.

Her web page is www.healingnaturallybybee.com

You will lose weight and have a stong immune system on her diet. You can join her forum and there are moderators who will answer you every time you write.

I recommend Yoghurt ,can be made from any sort of milk – cow, goat or ewe, but it must be fermented before it can be called yoghurt.
