I can't find information about what we can not eat after the MC,
how about Soy Milk, Yogourt, Bread, and fish, chicken, red meat,
how I can replace the protein,
how about frozen vegetables and fruits, meats, and pasta
how about Toful, what type of ice-cream we can eat,
I like bread with butter, I like frozen fries cooked in the oven plus eggs, cheese, and sausages, rice,
cookies, icecream and yogourt,
I eat Spinach with Mozzarella Frozen Raviolis
I feel hopeless what can I do,
thank you for your help.
