Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

I'm on Day 9 of 14 on MC and I've been thinking about the changes that I need to make in my eating habits once I complete 14 days. I am planning on being Raw Vegan 80% of the day and have a light sensible dinner (i.e., salmon, brown rice and sliced tomato). Has anyone done this? What is weight loss on raw vegan diet after MC like?

Thanks for any advice...I'm worried about regaining weight when I'm off MC!?!

I completed my MC about a week ago and since have been on a 85% raw/vegan lifestyle. I've eat small portions of fish and steamed veggies at dinner, but otherwise is been raw/vegan. My weight has remained the same since MC and I have been eating quite a bit of raw/vegan food. I feel great!!!! I really thought it would be difficult to stay away from processed food, but I don't miss it at all. My energy level has been great and I'm also sleeping very well at night.

I feel really lucky to have found this forum where there are so many resources for people like me who are trying to be raw/vegans!

that's great! thanks for the update, I wish more people did that, I think it's pretty normal to be concerned about life after MC when you are in the middle of it.

I'm still going strong with my 80% raw/vegan lifestyle change. I absolutely lovehow I feel and that I am still losing weight even though I eat sooo much yummy food. I purchased a vita mix and I'm anxiously awaiting it's arrival....soooo exited!!! I'm going to start focusing on losing the last 13.8 pounds by spring break....woooo hoooo!!

Hey LULU. I'm feeling a bit better. Go to the dentist on Friday for the finish on the root canal. I've been eating soups (chicken, seafood, lentil) with lots of veggies. Sort of an easing in before the cleanse.

Vita Mix is amazing!!! I had a delicious green smoothie for breakfast (zucchini, spinach, celery, apple and banana) I was full until lunch! Can't wait to go home and try another yummy recipe!
