Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

I don't know why I feel overwhelmed trying to learn how to eat raw. I will probably end up stuck with fruits and veggies and I know that won't sustain me. I'd really like to get into making the delicious foods I see but feel overwhelmed with the words.

Here are just a few that I grabbed in 2 seconds...
Cumin
Bragg liquid Aminos
Tempeh
Cacao
Napa
Wheat berries

I wouldn't know where to begin looking for these because to me they are a different language...I don't even know what they are

Can anyone recommend a book for Super Beginners so I don't give up on this?

I kind of feel you when it comes to being a little overwhelmed about going raw. But I think the anticipation of it may be more overwhelming than the act itself.

"Bragg Healthy Lifestyle" would be a good start for an all raw diet. Go to www.bragg.com. Paul Bragg started the raw food thing and had the first healthfood store in the USA. the book was written years ago but, the info is still the same. And he doesn't have you go oriental to be all raw. The new all raw foodist will charge you a fortune to get thier info, Bragg doesn't. Rev John
