I just received the "Complete Idiots Guide to Eating Raw" book today and I was looking at the Dehydration chart and it says to dehydrate at 145'F....isn't this wrong? :?:

Generally speaking, I think most people consider 115 degrees to be the point where you start killing part of the food.
