That's great. It's one of the most therapeutic things to prepare and it tastes good.

I've experimented with adding different ingredients over time, but my favorite is to add

dates, vanilla, maca and ginger root. Delicious!

Also great as a smoothie addition... almond milk, frozen blueberries, cacao, frozen banana... you will be

humming songs while you drink it just like you did as a kid.

much peace,
GC

I LOVE fresh almond milk, I like adding medjool dates, honey, a pinch of fresh nutmed or cinnamon, sometimes i will blend in a apple and or banana, for more body, any way you do it its amazing.

I've done raw pecans and walnuts, cashew milk too, I always soak my nuts then wash them off, i find you get a better yield, i save my pulp to make raw cookie or cakes in my dehydrator.

Enjoy, almost makes me wanna break my cleanse for some fresh milk lol ... almost lol

Speaking of medjool dates, I discovered that barhi dates are a little smaller than the medjool, but sure do taste just like caramel. I get them from the nutsonline website. Yum

I love almond milk! It's way better than soy or any of the other vegan dairy alternatives.
