Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

also called Fat Flush Soup: I'm going to start the Master Cleanse tomorrow and I'm aiming at 14 days then a week of this Fat flush soup...

2 Medium Green Onions
1 Large Green Pepper
1-2 Cans Diced Tomatoes (28 oz)
3-4 Carrots
Fresh Mushrooms
2-3 stalks Celery add leaves
1 can Vegetable Broth, low Sodium
1 small/med. head Cabbage ( i use a bag of shredded)
2 cloves Garlic
Garlic Pwdr/pepper/parsley to taste
3/4 cup fat free grated cheese Optional

Chop Onions, peppers. Cut up rest of vegatables add to pot cook over medium heat until aldente.

Store in ref. or freeze

Me too! I was thinking after my (hopefully 20 day) cleanse going straight in to the cabbage soup diet to complete my 40 days. As I get bored with the same flavors. But I don't know if it will work the same way. Let us know how it works!

Warning: the cabbage soup can be hard to stomach sometimes. My Mum used to do it all of the time when I was little. I've tried it a few times and the only time I actually succeeded past 3 days was when I was naughty and used some Indian Soup mix instead of the onion soup mix. And I love cabbage :-\, it's simply extremely bland.

Cabbage soup diet is a very low calorie diet. It is highly recommended by some Dieticians in order to get quick results. It is considered as fad diet or diet that is usually refers to eating patterns that promote short term weight loss. Cabbage soup diet claimed that this diet will make individual lose 10 pounds of weight in a week.
