Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Today is my 4th day on just fruit. I feel wonderful! However, my strength comes from the Lord! I have prayed for God to help me make my temple cleaning so He can be glorified through me. I once went 90 days on just fruit. I can't explain how wonderful I felt. I slept better, prayed more, had so much more energy! I am going to do this thing. I just make sure I have a lot of fruit available ALL THE TIME. I have also incorporated raw almonds to my diet yesterday. I have already lost 10 lbs. I drink lots and lots of water with a little cider vinegar in it. Love

I just ate fruit and nuts. Sometimes I would have some raw celery, raw potato, raw corn. I waited for about 60 days till I incorporated veggies into the diet. I also bought a juicer and started juicing veggies like bell pepper, celery, carrots and I also drank a lot of carrot juice. I am determined to go all the way this time until I lose the weight I want, I don't know how long that is going to take, but the pounds are melting off right now. I couldn't get over how great I felt when I fruited all summer! I never even got hot. It was wonderful.

Today is my 8th day! I made it a whole week. My weight has gone from 156.7 to 145.7 in a week. Yipeeeee I feel so good, so much energy that I have a hard time sleeping a full 8 hours. However, last night after work I was feeling very weak. Mornings are good.

Your thread caught my eye, and I just wanted to say congratulations on your weight loss. I am attempting to begin a raw food eating plan in order to lose weight. I may start with 80% raw and ease into it from there.

Anyway, best wishes to you on your journey. Keep posting. You're doing a wonderful thing for your body, and you'll reap tremendous benefits both physically and spiritually, I'm sure.

Thxs renewed. By the way, I watched the youtube video you had a link to. It was beautiful. Thank you for it. I have done several raw fasts. It is so hard to get through the first few days, but I have always found it extremely difficult to get pass around the 10th day. Last night I was wanting something besides raw, so I ate what I wanted. The neat thing is I will get right back on my fruit today and it won't be hard. My goal is to go at least till next Sat. again on just fruit and nuts. I only gained 1 lb. from last night. The thing I don't want my body to go into is a starvation mode, because when that happens I overeat like crazy let me know your progress.

I found this thread and just wanted to say congrats and also how inspired it made me that I have started my own all fruit diet. I love fruit and it seems so realistic and like me to be able to do this and feel great about my body as the weight comes off. I dont think that it will be long at all that you will reach your goal of 130. You go girl!
