Day 11

Today is my 11th day. Last night was so hard because I wanted something different than just raw food. So I hate what I wanted. I am getting right back on my fruit today and not looking back :lol:

I only gained 1 lb. from last night so I have to stay focused on that. My weight is 147.2 which is ok. The one great thing that happened was that I feel like my body rid itself of alot of toxins this morning. I feel better today and a little more cleansed out? Another good thing was that I actually craved good food last night. I wanted a egg sandwich, which I had with bacon.

Don't beat yourself up over the bacon and egg sandwich. Even though I have no current desire for it (as a raw / vegan eater), it doesn't sound bad down the line.

You know, FYI, most of the popular raw foodists that you see all over the Internet are not 100% raw. Most eat vegan as well. Even if it's only between 10%-20%, they do both and still see great health and weight loss results. If you ever decide to tap into that arena, scrambled tofu can be your eggs and taste really good if you season it well. And thinly sliced and well-seasoned dehydrated eggplant can be your bacon. The possibilities are endless in raw AND vegan.

It's okay to decide to eat something "else" every now and then. The minute you put such restrictions on yourself, it becomes a "diet". It sounds like you have decided to live the raw lifestyle - and that is exactly what it is. A new LIFESTYLE! If you want to take one day to splurge, DO IT without condemnation. I know that's easier said than done and should probably be done more down the road when you have gotten the hang of it.
